Ukraine is preparing a counteroffensive in the Donetsk

On the second day, it is reported that Ukraine is accumulating forces in the area of Ugledar and Pokrovsk (Krasnoarmeysk) for a new offensive.

In Pokrovsk, echelons with personnel and equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine arrive 50 km from Donetsk, the brigade commander of the "East" A. Khodakovsky said.

And in the area of Ugledar, Ukrainian forces has created a powerful fortified area here, with long-term concreted firing points and minefields.

Now there is information that the AFU has begun to remove mines, preparing passages in minefields for a counterattack.

Also, the AFU has activated aerial reconnaissance, a large number of UAVs are operating in the area.

An offensive is expected in the Ugledar direction — Vladimirovka — Sladkoe. The alleged target is the cutting of the Mariupol — Donetsk highway.
