Ukraine has made some advances north of Kherson and liberated the settlement of Kalynivs’ke. There is conflicting information surrounding the current status of the frontline in Kherson and Mykolaiv oblasts at this time.

Russian forces on the right bank of the Dnieper will retreat south across the river.

This process is already underway, though it will take time due to the limited capacity to transport troops and equipment. Russia has made defensive positions at crossing points to protect the retreat.
