In the Bakhmut direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled attacks by the Russian forces in the areas of Soledar, Sil', Bilohorivka, Spirne, Verkhnokam'yans'ke and Klishchiyivka.

Russia forces attack Ukraine with cruise missiles. In Dnipro, Russian forcers hit an apartment, killing more than 10 people and injuring more than 60.

In total 18 cruise missiles and 7 guided missiles launched from Su-35 fighters over the Black Sea were shot down. In addition, Russia fired 5 X-22 cruise missiles, it was one of them that hit a multi-story building in Dnipro. In total, 25 out of 38 missiles were shot down.
