Russian forces have taken control of Klishchiivka south west of Bakhmut.

Russian forces have advanced further north east of Bakhmut, nearing the northern entrance to the city.

Wagner newly recruited units continue to take massive losses in the areas around Bakhmut.

In Krasna Hora area of Soledar advance of Russian forces have been halted. Fighting goes on east of Blahodatne.

General Updates:

Poland will apply to the German government for permission to supply Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said.

In Norway, the transfer of heavy weapons to Ukraine will be discussed today at a closed meeting of the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee.

EU approved a new tranche of military assistance to Ukraine in the amount of 500 million euros.

Estonia is considering introducing a zone in the Gulf of Finland, up to 24 nautical miles from the coast, where inspections of any passing ships will be carried out. The official reason is the control of the regime of compliance with sanctions against the Russian Federation.
