After sending US and German tanks to Ukraine, NATO countries are discussing the transfer of fighter jets, despite fears of escalation.
Turkish firm Karpowership will provide floating power plants to Ukraine, writes Anadolu. The stations can cover the needs of a million Ukrainian households. It is planned to place them in the ports of Moldova and Romania.
The German concern Rheinmetall has already increased its production capacity and is ready to supply Leopard 2 tanks with the necessary ammunition, which Germany and other countries will transfer to Ukraine.
The British Challenger 2 tanks will arrive in Ukraine at the end of March, and the training of Ukrainian crews will begin on January 30th.
The United States plans to transfer the M1A2 Abrams variant to Ukraine, and not the older A1, as many previously assumed. The A2 has much more advanced aiming optics, thermal imagers and combat control systems.
