General Updates:

Swiss bank Credit Suisse has frozen Russian assets worth more than $19 billion. This is more than the amount of $8 billion, which is officially (known) blocked by the Swiss authorities.

Pakistan to send military aid to Ukraine including 10,000 Grad rounds. It will arrive in Ukraine through the German port of Emden with subsequent transit through Poland.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kuleba warned of “great events” on February 24 that “Russia will remember.”

Senior UK defense officials are discussing plans with their counterparts in Kyiv to manufacture British weapons and military equipment in Ukraine. The aim is to create joint ventures that would produce weapons and equipment under local license.
