Fighting is still fiercest in northern Bakhmut. Due to deteriorating weather, which made drones less usable, Russian troops tried to enter the northeastern suburbs in waves of attacks.

To the east of Bakhmut, fighting continues in the eastern part of Zabamuthka district. No changes to the south, the situation is reasonably under control, although Russians are now trying to storm the area around the cemetery.

In Avdiivka Ukrainian forces is said to have carried out an attack to the north which is still in progress.

General Updates:

American intelligence believes that the Kremlin leadership may soon begin another wave of mobilization.

The US is considering the transfer of Abrams tanks to Ukraine from storage bases, and not new ones produced at factories.

Italian Prime Minister Meloni announced the transfer of the SAMP-T air defense system by Italy/France to Ukraine. She also announced that Italy will send Skyguard Aspide systems.
