Ukrainian strike drones hit and destroyed a Russian base near Kherson city across the Dnipro river.

Ukrainian artillery stopped another assault towards Avdiivka and hit and destroyed several armoured vehicles of Russian forces which were trying to advance north.

Russian forces have advanced further northwest of Bakhmut, continuing to restrict the possibility of a withdrawal from the city.

General Updates:

Russia's oil revenues for January fell by 40%, $18.5 billion against $30 billion in January 2022. We expect this downfall to continue from February and onwards since newly imposed sanctions will come into effect.

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said that all Serbs who became mercenaries in the Wagner Group will be arrested as soon as they return.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine reported that Russia is trying to disrupt the continuation of the "grain agreement", just as they tried to do it last November. Ukrainian diplomats have already appealed to ignore Russian blackmail attempts.
