In Bakhmut, Russian forces have advanced deeper into the industrial district and entered the northwestern residential areas.

Russian forces also continued their advances in the south of the city along the Bakhmitovka river.

In Avdiivka, Ukrainian forces have successfully carried out a counter-attack and retaken the trenches south of the city previously captured by Russian forces.

General Updates:

The European Union is ready to prepare a new package of sanctions and impose restrictions if Belarus continues to pave the way for the deployment of tactical nuclear weapons of the Russian Armed Forces.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported that the second group of Ukrainian artillerymen have completed training on 155 mm AS90 self-propelled guns in Great Britain.

North Macedonia agreed to donate 12 Mi-24 helicopters to Ukraine. This was reported by the Minister of Defense of North Macedonia, Slavyanka Petrovska.
