Ukrainian forces has captured ammunition and other small equipment that was left behind by Russians near Kreminna.

In Bakhmut the situation has not changed, the M03 has been cut off according to Russian sources.

General Updates:

US signed contracts with Northrop Grumman Systems and Global Military Products for the production of 155-mm shells for Ukraine for $522 million. The first ammunition under these contracts will appear in March.

The 10th package of sanctions against Russia includes trade restrictions worth €11 billion, Ursula von der Leyen said. The European Commission proposes to ban the supply to Russia of electronics necessary for the production of drones/helicopters, and new sanctions against Iran.

The UK, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland and Lithuania cooperately put £520 million in a fund used for military aid. The first package (£200million) includes artillery ammo, maritime intelligence, surveillance and recon, and spare tank parts.
